This pack brings together 3 supplements that contribute to performance in long-term physical exercise and subsequent recovery. You can use these products before, during and after any training or competition. When making this selection, we have taken into account that the supplements we include act synergistically. In addition, they are all suitable for vegetarians, formulated in-house and have been tested by our R+D+i team.

Evobcaa's 2.0 (Bcaa´s 12:1:1 + Glutamine) 500g - SportSeries
Evobcaa's 2.0 will provide Kyowa® branched chain amino acids and glutamine. This supplement is formulated with the highest concentration ratio of Leucine 12:1:1. That is: Each unit of valine and isoleucine is equivalent to 12 units of L-leucine!
It also contains L-glutamine, an amino acid that can be produced by the body, but it is never too much to supplement as it is the most common amino acid in the body.

Evotonic is a food preparation made from carbohydrates, mineral salts, proteins and amino acids. Formulated in a way that complies with the specifications of the European regulations for isotonic drinks.

HOW TO TAKE?
Pre-Workout
- Take 1 vegetable capsule of Caffeine 30-45 minutes before the start of physical activity together with 1 scoop of Evobcaa's mixed with 200ml of water.
Intra-Workout:
- Mix 1 scoop (35g) of Evotonic and drink in small sips.
- If the previous serving is consumed, you can prepare another serving, keeping the same proportion.
Post-Workout:
- Take 1 Evobcaa's scoop with 200ml of water.
