Evopept 500g (Peptopro) 500g - SportSeries
Evopept contains PeptoPro®, a type of hydrolyzed casein with important properties for the sport performance and protein synthesis. PeptoPro® has a high degree of hydrolysis, which means that it has a high percentage of di and tripeptides, which is the way the protein is absorbed. Thus, their intake and subsequent absorption will be very fast, so that they can be used during the workout. This buffers the breakdown of fibril tissue caused by physical exercise (buffered catabolism). Cyclodextrins are new generation of carbohydrates which enhance the athletic performance by providing a fast and effective energy supply during a workout session or event. This type of amylopectin, which has been enzymatically modified, provides a steady and gradual supply of energy that will help to maintain the performance. Beta Alanine is a type of amino-acid and precursor of carnosine (it helps to synthesize it along with l-histidine). The interest in beta alanine lies in its ability to alter the blood pH (it can lower it), induced by physical stress produced during high intensity workouts, with a metabolic product such as lactic acid. The body will be forced to stop in order to protect our muscle tissue. Thus, our resistance and strength will be limited during this kind of efforts. In this sense, beta alanine will eliminate the hydrogen ions and buffer the lactate. As a result, it will help to maintain our efforts at high intensity, while providing antioxidant support.

Citrulline Malate 150g - RawSeries
Citrulline malate plays an important role in the sport performance in 3 different ways: first of all, it is a precursor of nitric oxide (NO), which increases the blood flow and nutrient transport. Secondly, it contributes to the excretion of ammonia and lactic acid (detoxifying function), which helps us endure high intensity workouts for a longer time and increases our anaerobic threshold progressively (established by the activity itself). Finally, it is also involved in the resynthesis of ATP. Our body uses this energy pathway when performing maximum efforts. The ATP deposits tend to drop with every effort, so you must wait a while for them to be full again. This is when citrulline malate comes into play and shortens the time it takes to recharge the ATP deposits.

Creatine Excell (Creapure®) 500g - RawSeries
Creatine is an ergogenic product supported by scientists that enhances the sport performance. This product provudes Creapure® creatine monohydrate, which has the highest purity and quality available in the market. It is the perfect supplement to combine with the previous products. It keeps the ATP deposits full, which is the energy our body needs to perform short and demanding efforts. However, we will take it outside the intra-workout, since creatine does not act through the blood plasma, and that is why its use must be constant, even on rest days, in order to keep the deposits full.
HOW TO TAKE?
If you train in the morning:
- When you wake up, before breakfast. Take 1 scoop of Citrulline Malate + 1/2 scoop of Creatine Creapure + 2g of Beta-Alanine with 250-300ml of water. As a tip, mix them together in the same shaker.
- During training, take 2 scoops of Evopept + 1 scoop of Cluster Dextrin mixed in 600ml of water. It is recommended to do this in small sips. In this case do it also in the same shaker.
- At lunch. Take 2g of Beta-Alanine with water, juice or your favourite drink.
- In the afternoon, before afternoon snack. Take 1 scoop of Citrulline Malate with 100-150ml of water.
If you train in the afternoon:
- When you wake up and before breakfast, take 1 scoop of Citrulline Malate + 1/2 scoop of Creatine Creapure + 2g of Beta Alanine with 250-300ml of water. All mixed in the same shaker.
- At lunch. Take 2g of Beta Alanine with water, juice or your favourite drink.
- In the afternoon, 45 minutes before training. Take 1 scoop of Citrulline Malate with 100-150ml of water.
- During training, take 2 scoops of Evopept + 1 scoop of Cluster Dextrin mixed in 600ml of water. It is recommended to do it in small sips, in the same shaker.
If you don't train:
- When you wake up, before breakfast. Take 1 scoop of Citrulline Malate + 1/2 scoop of Creatine Creapure + 2g of Beta Alanine with 250-300ml of water. All mixed in the same shaker.
