Store in original packaging at room temperature. Make sure that the packaging is properly closed. Thermally sterilised product. Protective atmosphere packaging. May contain traces of fish, milk, celery, mustard and nuts.
How to take
In the microwave: pierce or open the lid and place the tray in the microwave. Heat on full power for 1-1,5 minutes. In a frying pan/olive: place the contents of the tray in a frying pan or pot. Heat for 7-8 minutes.

Very rich, much better flavor than I expected, it also had more quantity than I thought, I mixed it with about 200g of egg whites and with that I practically had dinner, highly recommended I will order it again.
