On the recommendation of our nutritional experts. The reason? Its excellent fatty acid profile, stability and very neutral taste, which makes it ideal for use in various recipes.
It's also a great source of vitamins and antioxidants.
Rapeseed oil is affectionately known in Northern Europe as the 'olive oil of the north'.
Before making this choice, we made sure that this oil, like all its ingredients, was of the highest quality, and had the highest certifications in terms of quality and food safety.
