I like this product because it includes only well-studied strains that support the microbiota; by including fewer strains, it is gentler on the gastrointestinal tract and is a very good first choice to start supplementing probiotics if you suffer from gastrointestinal issues. The additional zinc and B2 are also great; the small amount of zinc is excellent support for the immune system without overloading the body with zinc, while vitamin B2 can help improve cardiovascular health by reducing homocysteine levels. Highly recommended!
