Warnings M.A.P. POWDER 300g NATURAL

Nutritional supplements should not be used to replace a balanced diet. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Once opened, store in a cool (under 25ºC), dry and dark place. Keep out of reach of the smallest children. It must not be consumed by pregnant or nursing mothers, children, or by long periods of time without medical control. People that weigh up to 80kg: take 1 scoop (5g) 30 minutes before physical activity. People with that weigh between 80Kg and 100Kg: take 2 scoops (10g) before physical activity. People that weigh over 100Kg: take 2 scoops (10g) before physical activity and take 1 scoop (5g) 2 hours after physical activity. Drink plenty of water while taking this supplement.
