L-leucine, l-valine, l-lysine HCl, L-isoleucine, L-phenylalanine, acidity regulators (citric acid, malic acid), l-threonine, l-histidine, L-methionine, flavoring, L-tryptophan, colors (beetroot extract, carmine), emulsifier (soy lecithin), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame-K).

Once opened, store in a cool (under 25ºC), dry and dark place. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of the smallest children. Nutritional supplements should not be used to replace a balanced diet. It can contain traces of milk, eggs, gluten, crustaceans, nuts and peanuts.

How to take

People up to 80kg of body weight: take 1 spoonful daily (5.7g) 30 minutes before training. People between 80kg and 100kg of body weight: take two spoonfuls daily (11.4g) 30 minutes before training. Those over 100kg of body weight: take two spoonfuls daily 30 minutes before training and 1 spoonful (5.7g) 2 hours later.
