Mix 1 scoop (3g) in 200-300ml of water or juice and drink immediately. Drink around 30-60 minutes before the workout. It is advisable to drink 2000ml of water a day while using this product.

    I ordered this creatine because hsn's own creatine was not available, it is true that it is a little more expensive but it is still creapure and its dissolution is better.
