ZMA® (zinc in the form of monomethionine sulphate, L-OptiZinc® and L-aspartate, magnesium citrate, magnesium oxide, pyridoxine hydrochloride), extract of Saw Palmetto (fruit of Serenoa repens) gelatin capsule [pure gelatin, water, colour (titanium dioxide)], cholecalciferol 0.1% (extract of bark, needle leaves of Pinus sylvestris), anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide).
