Store in a cool (below 25°C), dry and dark place. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of the smallest children. Nutritional supplements should not be used to replace a balanced diet. Do not take this product if you are pregnant or nursing. The product is not aimed at children of any age. Keep out of reach of children. It can contain traces of eggs, soy, gluten, crustaceans, nuts and peanuts.

How to take

Take 3 tablets a day. Take 1 tablet with 200ml of water before physical activity, 1 tablet with 200ml of water during physical activity and 1 tablet with 200ml of water after physical activity.
