I have been trying to include the desiccated coconut by HSNfoods in my diet and I think I could not have made a better snack than this one: Piña Colada Evobar!

Ingredients

  • Bar:
  • 150g of Desiccated coconut by HSNfoods
  • 100g of canned coconut milk, just the creamy part not the water
  • Sucralose to taste by HSNfoods
  • Stuffing:
  • 150g of natural pineapple
  • 50g of canned coconut milk, just the creamy part
  • 1 scoop of Guar Gum by HSNfoods
  • Sucralose
  • Coating:
  • Coconut Chocolate Tablet by HSNfoods

How to make: Piña Colada Evobar

  1. Mix the ingredients of the bar, put it in a mold and leave it in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, blend all the ingredients for the stuffing.
  3. Fill the gaps of the bar with the pineapple cream and put it back in the freezer for another 30 minutes.
  4. Melt 1 chocolate tablet in the microwave, little by little. Then, soak the bars in the chocolate until they are completely covered in it.
  5. Let the bars settle in a grid until the chocolate becomes solid. Enjoy!

Tips

  • Store in the fridge if it is hot outside.
  • Any sweetener works, but I would not use dates or syrup.
  • I have used a mold for waffles, but you can use any other that will let you add the stuffing.

Barrita Piña Colada 🍍 🥥 👉🏼 Nos parece un buen momento para compartir esta deliciosa receta de @tandem_fitness 😍 🌱INGREDIENTES para unas 6 barritas: 🔅 Barrita 150gr de Coco rallado 100gr de Leche de coco de lata, sólo la parte cremosa, no el agua. Sucralosa al gusto. 🔅 Relleno: 150gr de piña natural. 50gr Leche de Coco de lata, sólo la parte cremosa. 1 Scoop de Goma guar. Sucralosa. 🔅 Cobertura: Chocolate con Coco. 🌱 Preparación: ▪ Mezclar los ingredientes de la barrita, ponerlo en un molde y meter al congelador 30min. ▪ Mientras mezclar con batidora los ingredientes para el relleno. ▪ Rellenar los huecos de la barrita con la crema de piña y volver a meter al congelador 30min. ▪ Derretir 1 tableta de chocolate en el microondas poco a poco, y en ese mismo bol, meter barrita a barrita hasta quedar cubiertas. ▪ Dejar reposar en unas rejillas hasta solidificar el chocolate y listas para disfrutar 😋
