  • 6 Tablespoons of Cashew Butter by HSNfoods

How to make: Reese’s cashew treats

  1. Cut ¾ of the chocolate bar into squares and slowly melt them in the microwave, making sure that they do not burn.
  2. Take a muffin mould baking tray (ideally silicone) and fill the moulds with a thin base layer of chocolate, making sure to cover just over the sides of each mould with chocolate, as shown in the video.
  3. Put in the freezer for 5 minutes.
  4. Take them out and fill each cupcake mould with a tablespoon of mix made from crunchy cashew butter. You could also opt for peanut butter or another nut butter.
  5. Put in the freezer for another 5 minutes.
  6. Melt the remaining chocolate
  7. Take out the tray and cover with melted chocolate
  8. Put back in the freezer for 5 minutes
  9. Your dessert is now ready to eat, or you could store the mini-desserts in tupperware, being sure to refrigerate them.
