- 150g of Desiccated coconut by HSNfoods
- 100g of canned coconut milk, just the creamy part not the water
- Sucralose to taste by HSNfoods
- Stuffing:
- 150g of natural pineapple
- 50g of canned coconut milk, just the creamy part
- 1 scoop of Guar Gum by HSNfoods
- Sucralose
- Coating:
- Coconut Chocolate Tablet by HSNfoods

How to make: Piña Colada Evobar
- Mix the ingredients of the bar, put it in a mold and leave it in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, blend all the ingredients for the stuffing.
- Fill the gaps of the bar with the pineapple cream and put it back in the freezer for another 30 minutes.
- Melt 1 chocolate tablet in the microwave, little by little. Then, soak the bars in the chocolate until they are completely covered in it.
- Let the bars settle in a grid until the chocolate becomes solid. Enjoy!
Tips
- Store in the fridge if it is hot outside.
- Any sweetener works, but I would not use dates or syrup.
- I have used a mold for waffles, but you can use any other that will let you add the stuffing.
