  • 200g salmon
  • 50g green beans
  • 50g yellow beans
  • 100g eggplant
  • 1/2 courgette
  • 1/2 red and green pepper
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • A little bit of fresh dill
  • 1/2 lemon cut in slices
  • 1 pinch of thick salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper

How to make: Baked Salmon

  1. Preheat the oven for 7 minutes at 200ºC.
  2. Put some baking paper on the oven tray and the salmon on top (with the scales touching the baking paper).
  3. Add the thick salt, lemon slices and dill on top. Salmon
  4. Cook for 10 minutes at 170ºC.
  5. During this time, cook the veggies in a pan after cutting them in small pieces.
  6. Pour some oil in the pan, wait until it is hot. Then, add the garlic cloves, vegetables, salt and black pepper.
  7. Once the salmon is ready, you can serve it as you want.
  8. Serve the salmon in a tray with the veggies.
