About the author

Specialist in nutrition and food hygiene. He Graduated in Veterinary Science at the University of Zaragoza and he has a lot of experience in this field.

He worked as Commercial Technician for 10 years at the multinational company Roche. There, he carried out technical advice in terms of nutrition and animal pathology.


Later on, after two selection processes to work as a veterinarian in Castilla-La Mancha, he started working as a Food Safety Technician since 2002 in Guadalajara and he is currently a Chief Auditor.

For 7 years, he managed to combine his professional career with helping others to prepare for exams in veterinary science, medicine and pharmacy. He has created a wide range of technical and judicial topics that are necessary to pass this selection process.
