Drinkable water, Amino Factor [hydrolyzed protein, hydrolyzed whey protein, BCAA complex (2:1:1 L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine)], L-arginine-alpha ketoglutarate, maltodextrin, acid (citric acid), preservatives (sorbic acid, sodium benzoate), sweeteners (acesulfame-K, sucralose), pyridoxine hydrochloride, colors (sunset yellow FCF*), cyanocobalamin. * Sunset yellow FCF can have negative effects on the activity and attention of children.

How to take LIQUID AMINO 1000ml LEMON:

Take one serving before the workout and another one afterwards. If you do not do exercise, take one serving in the morning.
