What is Casein Zero?
Casein Zero by BiotechUsa is a supplement powder made from calcium caseinate protein, with sweeteners.
Casein protein is known for slowly discharging amino acids and nutrients to the bloodstream. It is advisable to take it before sleeping in order to produce a long saturation with essential amino acids that are progressively released (up to 7 hours after taking casein), which results in a balanced and constant nutrient supply.
